During booking & checkout
- Name, hall & room number, phone number, date & time selection: collected to schedule and fulfill your installation appointment.
- Payment details: processed via WooPay; card data is stored off-site, not on our servers.
Technical & usage data
- IP address, browser type, and location: used to estimate taxes and shipping, block fraud, and improve site security.
- Cookies: to keep your cart contents, remember login status, and provide basic site functionality. See Section 4 below.
3. Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect: name, email address, comment text, IP address, and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymized hash of your email may be sent to Gravatar to check for avatars; Gravatar’s policy is at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval, your profile picture (if any) is visible with your comment.
4. Media
If you upload images, please avoid including EXIF location data, as uploaded files may be publicly accessible.
5. Cookies
- Comment cookies: if you opt in to save your name, email, and website for future comments (last 1 year).
- Login & screen cookies: temporary cookie to check if your browser accepts cookies; login cookies last 2 days (or 2 weeks if “Remember Me” is checked), screen options cookies last 1 year.
- Post-edit cookie: lasts 1 day.
6. How long we retain your data
- Customer & order records: retained for 3 years to comply with accounting and tax requirements.
- Comments & metadata: retained indefinitely to recognize and auto-approve follow-up comments.
- User profiles (if any): retained as long as the account exists; user can request deletion at any time.

- Payment processors (WooPay): share billing info and purchase total to complete transactions.

9. What rights you have over your data
If you have an account or have left comments, you can request:
- An export of all personal data we hold about you.
- Deletion of any personal data we hold (except data we’re legally required to retain).

- Server location: hosted in the United States via Hostinger.
- Third-party transfers: payment and analytics providers process data in the U.S. under standard contractual safeguards.
