Here you’ll find answers to the questions we hear most often.

How does ordering work?

After selecting your style options, you will be prompted to pick a booking time. Simply select the date and time that works for you. Then proceed to the cart and checkout to secure your spot! We will send a confirmation of your purchase and of the details of your install. Although you will book a 1-hour block, we will likely be out of your hair much sooner. Installs take as little as 15 minutes and rarely exceed 30.

What happens to the old Pollock bedframe?

Pollock bedframes are 12 in high metal frames with a main piece and 8 legs. As part of our free install, we disassemble the frame, placing the main piece directly on top of our loft, and giving you the bolts and legs to keep in a safe spot until reassembly at the end of the year. This aligns with Pollock Housing’s rule that furniture must not leave the room.

Are the lofts allowed by PSU?
Do I have to disassemble the loft myself?

No! Just like we install for free, we also have an option for those who want a free uninstall of the loft and/or reassembly of the pollock bed frame. This is offered as a perk of our Ambassador Program (More info on Ambassadors in FAQ). Aside from the free uninstall perk, we offer a paid uninstall window with limited availability due to occurring during finals week. If neither option is arranged ahead of time, but you are in a pickle, just reach out to us we are here to help!

What is the Ambassador Program?

If you love our lofts, then this is just the thing for you! This program unlocks a free uninstall! The program can be introduced in detail to you at the conclusion of your install, and as the name suggests it entails the loft owner being a student advocate of Lofty Furnishing. What is the Return policy?

Please note that our cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies each follow different timelines—so be sure to review the full Terms & Conditions in its sub-header under info in the top menu for complete details. In general, refunds can be issued per policy, and all approved returns include a free uninstall and pickup within 7 days.
